18 Months.

All of a sudden, this boy thought he should turn 18 months! 

Woah! 

Time continues to fly! 

Thankfully, he's not a huge fan of Nursery and pulls the shy, scared card when we go to drop him off. He knows how to work it. And I totally cave and let him stay with us in Primary.

Kyle at 18 months:

He has all four molers, and two canine teeth with two more almost out.

Diaper Changes are the worst. He would rather be playing.

If it looks like a stick, acts like a stick, he'll use it as a sword.

He loves kicking the soccer ball around and throwing around anything that resembles a ball.

His favorite place to be is outside playing no matter the weather or if he has shoes on or not. If a door is opened, you can be sure he's darting outside to go play.

Peek-a-boo is his favorite past time game. He plays it everywhere and with anyone willing to play along.

When trying to get into the van, he would rather run laps around the van to stay away from Mommy and Daddy so he doesn't have to get INTO the van.

He's very aware of how people are feeling and tries to give comfort. 

He gives the best hugs and kisses! I mean, big, tight, bear-hugs...sometimes with a "growl", too!

This boy is a climber. Our first. He climbs onto EVERYTHING. 

We've had to use our baby gate with this boy more than any other because of his climbing. His favorite climbing spots are the kitchen table and his changing table.

He enjoys coloring. With and pen or pencil and notepad. Because that's what the big kids do and he thinks he is a big kid. All. The. Time.

He goes to work with Mommy still and is our "office mascot". 

He still takes naps. Once a day for sure, and sometimes we can get two from him, but not very often anymore.

He has an amazing ability to use a fork to eat his food and prefers using a fork if the big kids are, too. 

He says a few words. "Ma Ma" "Woah" "No" "Dah" (That). I think he's holding out on us. He'll suddenly start speaking sentences all of a sudden. I'm sure of it.

Kyle's favorite foods are: 

Chocolate. Frosted Mini Wheats. Candy. Cheeses. Chocolate. Beans. Candy. Quesadillas. Smoothies. Smoothie packets. Chocolate. Peanut Butter & Jelly Sammies. Cheetos. Yogurt. Chocolate.  He LOVES chocolate and candy!
