We CAN do hard things!

We continue to love our elementary school and how much they stress physical activity.  The kids AND I all participated in the annual 5k. It was hard work but we all did it!

 This girl is the reason I did it this year, too.  She kept telling me she couldn't do it.  

Didn't want to do it.  

We conquered!!!!

In the weeks leading up to the 5k, Isaac would go run laps around our circle. 

"I've got to get faster!" he would say.

Well, come race day, he had figured out his game plan. Start out walking and work his way to a jog and then run as fast as he could to the finish line.

 The whole time I kept thinking we should have seen Isaac pass us already.  

It wasn't until the last 1/4 mile that he flew past us in a full-on run and was so proud of himself for beating us. 

We finished the race! Whew! 

The two little boys rode in the trailer the whole time. 

Kyle was great and Tyler fell asleep.

Payson, UT LDS Temple

We had the most wonderful opportunity to visit the Payson, UT Mormon Temple Open House. It never ceases to amaze me at the beauty of every temple I've been in and this one was no exception.  It was STUNNING!!!

So grateful for my Eternal family!

Fun at the Museum of Curiosity

We had a free evening where Daddy could join us so we went on over to the Museum of Curiosity together to get in some much needed play time. 

 The water table for the littles is never-fail entertainment!

 Tyler didn't want to look at me but Spencer did. Silly boys.

 Kyle wanted to build ramps for the water and pull the big ropes. 

 There just-so happened to be a snake that was out for our entertainment.

Fam Bike Ride

We've been going on family bike rides every Sunday since the weather warmed.

 It has been sooooo wonderful for everyone to get out and enjoy our togetherness.

Thanksgiving Point Tulip Gardens

We decided to go hang out with Aunt Amy, Gramma Joan and cousins at Thanksgiving Point's gardens since Daddy had to work.  

It was a beautiful night filled with lots of pretty flowers and happy colors!

Bought a pack of super colored suckers for the kids to enjoy, and boy did they have fun!

Once Tyler was out of his stroller, there was no going back.  He was in heaven climbing and roaming around at his leisure.

Spent the afternoon playing at the pool with Daddy since everyone was out of school for the holiday. Had to run into the grocery store to get a few things.

Number ELEVEN for this girl!

Holy cow! Where does time go!?!

We gave in and let her have a family party this year.  I didn't have time to make a cake, so Sam's Club helped me out (coconut cream deliciousness!) and I bought the sprinkles and spray painted her Eiffel Tower to hot pink and made a "Happy Birthday Allison" banner. It was perfection! 

She wanted her party at Jump On It! so we partied in one of their rooms. 

The girls played hard.

ON her birthday we made our pilgrimage to the Downtown Salt Lake City Disney Store so she could get her birthday song, name on the screen and her birthday button.  Mickey Mouse also gave her one of her sumsums as a gift. She was giddy.
